kinda easy :)

right click on the temp and click edit events theres a wavy like stuff in the time line LOW to high right click and shape it it will Up the temp from well what ya like But an easier way is click onthe RECORD button next to play play the song until where u want it to UPP its self in beats then use the arrow to raise the tempo number( beats per sec) thing and it wll then record what Youve done to the (edit time line tempo) thing then just reclick the record to turn it off then replay song when it reaches that part it shall raise or lower in speed depending on how You did it :)

it doesn't have a name, there is a video on youtube that shows you how to make that song and its just called "the basshunter song" if you wanna see the vid go to youtube and type basshunter tutorial and you should see it. the vid is called how to make a cool beat on fruity loops or something like that
